CCGH Good Friday Nescopeck Trip

We all met by 10am at the putin.

I took the water temp at the putin. 47-48 degrees with the air temps in the low 40's to start out and climbed into the mid to upper -40's by trips end. Overcast skies most of the day with the sun trying to peak through the haze at times. No rain on the trip. A few drops on the windshield just as I got home.

The water level was a nice medium level.

12 paddlers in the group:
Pete Lusardi, Rick Brown, Mike Moyer, Tim Garland, (OC-1)Joe (openboat joe)Seik (Sp?), (OC-1)Walt Seiger, Dale Glatfelter, John Gephart, (OC-1)Ed Powers, Tony Lobato, and two friends of Pete's who I did not catch the names(sorry).

Had a great day on the water once again. How could you not have a great time on this creek.

Mike says it's the magic boat, a 2010 JK 4-Fun. I must admit that Mike has started to surf it up Big time on some pretty good sized waves/holes. I guess it's the new boat, dropping weight, working out, and improving skills.

Either way I heard Dale say "I'm done letting Mike in on any more of my secrets cuz Mike's starting to make me look bad" !!! HA !! Funny comment and also very funny cuz it's true !!!!
