With the SusQ dropping the window to hit the Rockville Ledge at optimal levels will close by mid week.  I'm going to head to the ledge Midnay evening.  Will get to the ledge about 5 and stay until I'm too pooped to paddle.  All are welcome to join me.  See RBs post on SusQ park and play for directions if you have not been to the Rockville Ledge before - bring a surfing boat and a good roll you'll need both.

Chris,

How was the level for the Ledge on Monday night ??

With the river level dropping quickly, now at 4.4', what's your take on the level for the Ledge Wednesday eve ?? Any idea what's the cutoff, too low ??

At something just a bit lower than the current level the Narrows should be attainable in a short boat with some work.

The Rockville Ledge was probably at it's prime last night at slightly over 4.5.  There were a couple of waves on the upper tier that are hare or near impossible to get to at lower levels.  the wave right against the west shore will be surfable almost down to 4'.  There will be something to do at the ledge all the way down to 4'.  We usually switch to the Narrow somewhere between 4.2 and 4'.
