With the predicted rain, we should be able to do the upper stretch, so we will meet at Millers bridge (put-in) at 10. Millers bridge is the route 77 bridge near Rocky Ridge, Maryland. We will run the shuttle to the Devilbiss Bridge Road (take-out) and should be on the water by 11. It will be 12 mile stretch with a lunch stop. I think we will be off the water around 4.
Life jackets are a must. You will need your gear, lunch, and some water. This is a pleasant, easy going trips with riffles and one short stretch of small Class I rapids. The weather forecast is promising.
For those coming from the north, you could meet us at Bakers Diner along Route 15 in Dillsburg (515 North US Route 15, Dillsburg, PA 17019). Join us for breakfast there if you wish. We will be leaving the diner for Miller's bridge at 9 am.
