Follow up trip to Intro to Rec Kayaking training.
This trip is open to anyone, but is specifically designed to practice skills learned in the training classes.

On Sunday there is a CCGH trip on the Conodoguinet Creek in Cumberland County.  This trip was put on the club calender specifically as a follow up to the Level 1 Intro to Rec Kayaking class.  This trip will allow students from Saturday to meet other CCGH members and give the students an opportunity to practice the skills learned in the class. 

The trip will start at the Appalachian Trail Regional Maintenance faciltiy, Scott Farm, and end at Willow Mill park in Mechanicsburg.  Meet at the Scott Farm parking area at 10:30.  We will unload boats and gear and run shuttle to Willow Mill park.  We should be back and on the water between 11:30 and 12:00.  Plan on a trip of about 3 hours.  Bring a lunch, fluids, sun screen, and clothing appropriate to the forecast.  The link below is for a map that shows the put-in and take out; use the map to get directions if needed.
