Rick-
You're beginning to sound like me!  ' love those early starts.  I'm a little surprised that, lately, more and more folks are arriving earlier.  Now I'm hoping the trend wanes; else it'll be "Kevin at quarter 'til seven".

Kevin,

You are right !!! We did this by e-mail a couple of times and had 4 or 5 take me up on the early meet.

But... the first time I posted an official pick-up trip on the messageboard for the "White Haven Bakery Run" there were over 20  Shocked people showed up !!! What a surprise. Some of those were LVW members, some were new to me boaters that showed up.

Last time we did this it was more the turnout I expected... just 4 of us.

I think your 7am meet time is still early enough to stand on it's own. Not sure if even I would want to get up at 5am to make that timeframe !!! Besides the bakery doesn't open up until 7:30... can't miss getting my morning paddle workout fuel !!!  Grin

Added Joe Sieck to the list. And Stuart Sacks is a tentative.

Don't forget .... when you arrive this early you can drive right down to the putin and unload your boats and gear next to the water to save some steps and time.
