Does anyone want to paddle Stoney Creek (if they get enough rain) or Lehigh on Saturday?

If they get enough rain in Johnstown for the play park to run I'll be there on Saturday with my new GoPro putting my first movie together.

Stoney doesn't look too promising so were going to go for the Lehigh from Rockport to Glen Onoko. Meet at Wilco for 7:45 a.m. tomorrow.

What time do you think we'd be back at Wilco?

Phil Ohlin led Walt Sieger and me on a great pick-up trip on the Lehigh, Rockport to Glen Onoko section.  We had a nice water level starting out and this was my PFD (personal first descent) on this stretch of the Lehigh and it's gorgeous with lots of good wave trains, surfing, and places to practice eddying, ferrying, and peel outs.  An added bonus was a beautiful hike to the Stony creek falls above the railroad tracks.

Thanks for a FUN trip Phil and all your helpful paddling tips and pointing out the lines and features.  It was another great day on the river with good paddle buddies!
