The Fish and Boat Commission, working with local groups and governments, publishes a number of water trail guides.  The Pa Water Trail Guide webpage has links to these guides as well as an on-line map that shows each of the water trails, with markers showing access points.  There are Water Trail Guides for the Yellow Breeches, Conodoquinet, Juniata, Susquehanna, Yough and more. You can pick up hard copies at the Fish and Boat Commission on Elmerton Ave, on the North end of Harrisburg.  Below is a link to the site.
