We will be “trailer trash” in site #116. Get that double ducky out of the moth balls and ready to surf at Swimmers.

This is a great chance for everyone (kayakers & canoeists) to use the skills you learned in your Level 2 and 3 classes. Plenty of opportunities to practice eddy turns, peal outs, ferrying, bow rescues and even fine tune that pool roll. With the hot & humid weather, it will be refreshing to be upside down. Make sure you have air bags for your boat and a whistle on your PFD. Vern says we will meet at Glen Onoko at 10:00.
Please post if you are paddling with us.July 11, 2019 at 7:24 am in reply to: Campground Change to Adirondack Adventure Week September 8 – 14 #4046
Johanna Fallon sent me an email. She has booked site #17. I just checked and there are currently 35 of the 322 sites available for 9/8 to 9/14.July 4, 2019 at 8:02 pm in reply to: Yough Family Camping Weekend – Thurs thru Sunday – July 11 – 14, 2019 #4020

Sharon, My plans are to paddle/play/practice with no time restrictions, so I do not know when I will be back. But usually it is after 5:00 until I am home Also I do not go up 81 when I go to White Haven. Bart
OK folks here is the plan. Meet at White Haven ready to shuttle 10:00. Only doing the Upper section. Post if you will be tagging along.
Folks, if you are planning on going on the Mike Zinn trip please start a new post. This post is for a different trip on Sunday, meet time and river section will be determined upon interest. I’m OK being “shuttle bunny” for the more experienced paddlers. If need be, I can keep myself occupied while the rest of you paddle.September 13, 2018 at 8:05 pm in reply to: Gauley and New Rivers – Friday thru Monday – September 28 – October 1, 2018 #3551
